Soft Wash

Scope of Work:

This project involved a complete exterior soft wash of a multi-story townhouse in Lake Mary. Due to the height and structure of the building, a boom lift was utilized to safely and effectively reach upper elevations that cannot be accessed from the ground.

Our soft wash system allowed us to thoroughly clean the exterior surfaces without causing damage, using low pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions to eliminate algae, mildew, and built-up dirt. This method ensures a deeper, longer-lasting clean compared to traditional pressure washing.

Special attention was given to maintaining safety, protecting surrounding areas, and delivering a uniform, refreshed appearance across all levels of the property.

The final result restored the property’s curb appeal, leaving the exterior looking clean, bright, and well-maintained.
