We transformed an unfinished laundry space into a fully functional and beautifully finished room with custom framing, cabinetry, sink, countertop, and appliance integration.

PROJECT PROCESS

1. FRAMING & LAYOUT PHASE

We built a custom framework to support the countertop, sink, and appliances. Plumbing and electrical were aligned for a clean and functional layout.

2. INSTALLATION & FINISH PHASE

Installed cabinetry, utility sink, and a durable countertop. Washer and dryer were integrated for a built-in look with a clean, modern finish.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involved transforming an unfinished laundry space into a fully functional and visually clean utility area. We started with a custom framing layout to properly support the countertop, sink, and appliances while ensuring all plumbing and electrical components were correctly positioned.

Once the structure was completed, we installed cabinetry, a utility sink, and a durable countertop, creating a seamless built-in look for the washer and dryer. The final result delivers both functionality and a modern finish, maximizing the use of space while maintaining a clean and organized appearance.
